Dillina is a qualified trainer of collaborative practice and procedures by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and is a charter member and faculty of Collaborative Practice Training Institute. Dillina also serves clients as a Mediator using interest-based mediation principles for a broad variety of issues, including domestic relations, employment, real estate, business disputes, and wills and estates. Dillina’s experience in mediation includes mediating at Fairfield Center and as a presenter of continuing mediation education programs for Fairfield Mediation Center. She also serves as a team teacher of Negotiation Practice and Collaborative Process and Practice at Washington and Lee School of Law, and frequently lectures at the University of Virginia School of Law using mediation techniques. In addition, Dillina has been a frequent presenter of negotiation strategies and tactics, and Collaborative Divorce Law Practice for Virginia State Bar continuing legal education programs.
